Whiffletree Farm & Nursery has been owned and operated by brothers Lawrence and Lowell Martin and their families since 2012. They are located just north of Kitchener/Waterloo Ontario near the small town of Elmira.
The Martins are members of the Horse and Buggy Mennonite sect. In an effort to maintain a simple, family oriented lifestyle, they intentionally avoid much of what modern technology offers including computers, social media and answering machines. This can and does pose a challenge when communicating with the general public.
The Martins make a concentrated effort to have knowledgeable, helpful staff available to answer your phone calls during normal business hours. They appreciate your patience as their hand-written responses may take a day or two to make their way back to you. For all other electronic communications, they use third party services.
